Abstarct: Abstract The main goal of this thesis is to design and build a simulator for converting electrical energy from sea waves in an innovative way. In order to show the efficiency and performance of this proposed point absorber laboratory sample, in addition to performing local tests, simulations have also been used in Matlab program. In this design, the linear force of the waves has become a one-way axial force, and the performance and differentiation of this converter is such that we will have output with the smallest wave force. A shunt DC generator is used in the construction of this example. The obtained results indicate the validity of the proposed method in the simplicity of the building and the maximum utilization of the power of sea waves.
